Carol has extensive experience managing a brand from its inception to market. She serves as the lead account director and primary pilot on all projects to manage the overall strategy and combined BRITE and watsons’ team.


This includes programmatic advertising, social media marketing, Google AdWords initiatives, and much more. Carol partners with clients to determine how to measure success and then develops the tactics to track and benchmark efforts for future initiatives.


She has deep experience in the Virginia marketplace —across a variety of sectors —and an expertise in the robust digital landscape. 


Carol has a BA Honors Degree from the University of Toronto and an AAS from the Institute of Canadian Advertising.
